Juan Garita's music is not intended to be commercial in any way. It was recorded for the love of arts and music. It is 100% original music and it is presented in its most raw version. There are no marketing strategies behind it and there are no profit-oriented managers closely controlling the musical content.

Juan's musical influences and inspirations are the following bands and composers: Pink Floyd, U2, Metallica, Guns N' Roses, Dead Can Dance, Peter Gabriel, La Ley (Chile), Adrián Goizueta (Costa Rica), Malpaís (Costa Rica), The Beatles, Ismael Serrano (Spain), Enigma, Silvio Rodríguez (Cuba), Red Hot Chili Peppers and Rush.

Juan also has a passion for Classical Music and his main favorite composers are Beethoven, Mozart, Bach, Vivaldi, Stravinsky, Tchaikovsky, Mussorgsky, Debussy and Ravel.
